In the PNRR project OnFoods, the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, together with a research network of renowned Italian universities, research institutes, and food companies, is pursuing an ambitious goal: to contribute to the production of sustainable, safe and high-quality food through new technologies. Interdisciplinarity is also emphasized within the individual universities.
From smart digital twins to reduce food waste to low-allergen wines, plant-based yogurts and innovative fermentation processes: this video shows how research at unibz is providing answers for the future of our food.
