4CH4WB – 4 Challenges for Wellbeing
By Giulia Maria Marchetti, Matteo Vegetti
4CH4WB promotes the well-being of the student community through a multidimensional approach that considers four key areas – interpersonal, physical, socio-economic/occupational and community-based (the I COPPE model) – to strengthen counselling services and establish anti-violence support centres.
Among the activities promoted by unibz and its partner universities are mindfulness and yoga practices, coaching programmes for study and psychological well-being, and sports initiatives. The objective is to prevent addictive behaviours and gender-based violence by training academic staff and consolidating shared protocols.
This synergy contributes to making universities more inclusive, safe and equitable environments, capable of fostering lasting cultural change.
